"0/5 – Worst service center experience I’ve had. My experience with this service center was extremely disappointing. Despite appearing professional on the surface, the actual service felt disorganized and unethical. During an insurance claim process, I was pressured for additional payments that were never clearly justified, which raised serious concerns for me. The delivery time was far longer than what was promised, and communication throughout the process was poor. When I escalated the issue to senior staff, I was told it would be looked into, but it has been over two months with no response or resolution. Based on my experience, there is a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service standards. I regret using this service center and would strongly advise others to be cautious."

"Hey there, I got my car's first service done here. I really appreciate the prompt response of the front desk. Within 30 mins the driver was at my door step to pick up the vehicle for its first service. He was professional. As promised they dropped the car at the right time. The only area of improvement that I felt was the cleanliness. Having said that it doesn't mean the car was not clean. I think that can be improved. They used the newspaper instead of disposable door mats which was a big turn off for me. I called them & shared my views on this. They said it's a new service centre & we are still fixing a few things. So, overall, I am happy with the service provided by them."
